St Mary le Port: progressive Bristol development
After two years of detailed consultation with local community stakeholders, Bristol’s City Council voted in favour of MEPC’s rejuvenation of the historic St Mary le Port site. Venture Projects is appointed to project manage the progressive development of the site, including three new office buildings covering more than 300,000 sq. ft of internal space.

Bullring: department store redevelopment
Venture is project managing the redevelopment of the former Debenham’s store at Birmingham’s prestigious Bullring. As part of Hammerson’s major repositioning of the estate, new occupier M&S will be joined by leisure operator Toca Social, a football, dining and entertainment brand, which has leased the entire top level.
