On behalf of CBRE Investment Management, Venture project managed the £39.75m back-to-the-frame retrofit transformation of 10 Brindleyplace – Birmingham’s largest office refurbishment scheme. With a strong emphasis on sustainable design and occupier wellness, the building meets Net Zero targets in operation with EPC A rating, and has achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent, along with Fitwel 2 Stars and WiredScore Platinum.

Work is underway at Deeside Industrial Estate in Flintshire, North Wales, to create two new schemes with exemplary green credentials. More than 100,000 sq. ft of much-needed industrial  warehouse or logistics space is being project managed by Venture Projects. The scheme is expected to achieve an EPC rating of A+.
