Bullring: department store retrofit

Venture is project managing the retrofit of the former Debenham’s store at Birmingham’s prestigious Bullring. As part of Hammerson’s major repositioning of the estate, new occupier M&S will be joined by leisure operator Toca Social, a football, dining and entertainment brand, which has leased the entire top level.

Panattoni Park, Swindon: £700m logistics redevelopment

Venture is providing development monitoring for Panattoni Park, Swindon – a £700m transformation of the former Honda site in Swindon by logistics developer Panattoni.

With a strong emphasis on community and sustainable design, the multi-year development is targeting a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

Axion House: affordable London homes

For Hestia, the residential operating platform from the international business of Federated Hermes, Venture is providing development monitoring services for Axion House, Lewisham. The scheme, made up of 100% affordable housing, will create 141 homes in total.

10 Brindleyplace: retrofit hits top ESG targets

On behalf of CBRE Investment Management, Venture project managed the £39.75m back-to-the-frame retrofit transformation of 10 Brindleyplace – Birmingham’s largest office refurbishment scheme. With a strong emphasis on sustainable design and occupier wellness, the building meets Net Zero targets in operation with EPC A rating, and has achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent, along with Fitwel 2 Stars and WiredScore Platinum.

Deeside Industrial Estate: Net Zero development

Work is underway at Deeside Industrial Estate in Flintshire, North Wales, to create two new schemes with exemplary green credentials. More than 100,000 sq. ft of much-needed industrial  warehouse or logistics space is being project managed by Venture Projects. The scheme is expected to achieve an EPC rating of A+.

St Mary le Port: progressive Bristol development

After two years of detailed consultation with local community stakeholders, Bristol’s City Council voted in favour of MEPC’s rejuvenation of the historic St Mary le Port site. Venture Projects is appointed to project manage the progressive development of the site, including three new office buildings covering more than 300,000 sq. ft of internal space.

New Century Hall: repurposed for a new century of talent

At each stage of the project, for Federated Hermes, the Venture Project Management team has identified and collaborated with specialists in their field to revive New Century Hall to its former glory as a buzzing music venue.
